This book is a treasure to keep. One should have this book as it offers excellent, practical and doable tips in overcoming chronic pain. This is not just about the yoga that everyone knows: spandex and headstands. It is way much better than this. What makes this book a more interesting read is how the author shared her own chronic pain experiences, how she dealt with it, what she learned and discovered, what worked and did not work in eradicating her pain, and then generously, and lovingly provided tips that can effectively help people. I love the sections about the tips on Mindfulness and the Shifting Mindset just to name a few. These should be the foundation of all healing modalities. Be healed and get this book now!
