As someone who just got done with "That will never work", I was very curious of what made netflix the multi-billion dollar company it is post it's IPO.
To me, I found this more of a manual to create a successful organisation (in creative/innovation segments only) with enough cash in the bank to be like what netflix is. Reading both the books will give you a clear idea on the direction changes netflix has gone through.
Over all a must read. (I'd still recommend reading Marc Randolf's book before this book.)
