I read this book for NetGalley.
This is a well-written and useful cookbook. The recipes range from simple to more complicated, but all should be doable by someone with average cooking skills.
The recipes in the book are all nutritionally sound and are for all different types of diets - omnivorous, vegetarian, vegan, non-dairy, gluten-free, etc. Ms. Pratt has been very inclusive of healthy and delicious recipes for all - quite an impressive accomplishment.
There is also helpful cooking advice scattered throughout the book. The sections on nut butters and but milks look very useful.
The food photography is well done and the instructions are clear and understandable. Overall, a well-meaning cookbook that fulfills Ms. Pratt's goal of healthy and tasty food!
