great leaders have no rules

Review :

Great new book on leadership that takes the same kind of data-driven, research-intensive approach, while remaining casually if addictively readable, as you'd find in the works of writers like Dan Pink, Gretchen Rubin, Cal Newport, and others.

While I don't necessarily agree with everything Kruse writes - for example, his (too common) suggestion for fixing open door overload by requiring anyone who wants to report a problem must also provide a solution - I have dozens of bookmarks throughout this book for great quotes, great ideas, and specific suggestions to follow-up on.

Highly recommended.
