Diary of an Ordinary Schoolgirl

Review :

What a beautiful microcosm of nostalgia this book brought; I was born too late! It captured a sense of innocence and the mind of a flourishing intellectual who loved school, but was also mischievous which was something I could truly relate to. I loved the husband's inclusion of an introduction, and her beautiful handwritten pages at the beginning of each month. Forster's young personality is something to be cherished- I thoroughly recommend this 'super' read to anyone wanting a glimpse into times before TV and social media! Genuinely envious of our author.
